ARQAM OTP provides WhatsApp-based OTP delivery for account verification and security-related use cases. You agree to use the service only for lawful authentication flows.
OTP traffic must not be used for spam, promotional campaigns, or unrelated marketing messages. Abuse may result in immediate suspension of your account.
You are responsible for ensuring each end user has consented to receive verification messages and that submitted phone numbers belong to the intended recipient.
Keep your API credentials secure and rotate them if you suspect exposure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
The platform uses prepaid credits. Charges follow successful delivery rules and billing terms shown in your account and pricing pages.
We may apply rate limits, anti-fraud checks, or temporary restrictions to protect platform reliability, delivery quality, and user safety.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, policy violations, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
